Words with friends
So I'm addicted to words with friends. I'm going to to hide my phone from myself!
Some of you may be wondering "why the red wine glass on her ag blog" - well, wine is an ag product, right!? So that solves that mystery.
My all time favorite, Kendall Jackson with homemade buttered popcorn, extra butter, and a good movie. Seriously, they all go great together!
A super super close second, 7 Deadly Zins with a thick medium grilled tenderloin.

A great ap... and recipe
So I found this great app. on my oh so very very smart phone, called Zip List. It's very very cool. It allows me to search for great recipes, and then save the ingredients to a shopping list...and walla...I can go shopping, without forgetting my list. Because, Lord knows, I can't seem to remember my list if I put it on the counter! It also lets me add other things too. And if I want to get really technical, I can put in prices, and calculate costs, and budget, and ... well, that's just probably not going to happen. I'll leave that to my budgeting friends. I think it was my ex that calculated the price per square of toilet paper, or something like that. No wonder we are divorced!
So my first recipe I loaded was Dr.Pepper Pulled Pork. It was super yummy!! And oh soooo very simple. Simple is good, when your not a smart phone!
What you need..
2 onions, peeled and sliced
1 whole pork butt or shoulder roast
Salt and pepper
One 11-ounce can chipotle peppers (I only used half - cuz I'm kind of a wimp)
2 cans Dr. Pepper (Since Amber has been living with us, it was already on my list)
4 packed tablespoons brown sugar

Put the onions in the bottom of a roasting pan, salt and pepper the pork, lay it on top of the onions, put the chipotle peppers on top, pour in the pop, add the brown sugar and cook at 300 for 6 hours, turning it every couple of hours. (That's the hardest part - preparing to cook 6 hours before eating.) After it's done, pull the pork out of the pan and shred it up. Poor the fat off the remaining juice. Cut up the onions, or throw them away...I kept them. And mix the juice, onions, and meat back together. Yummmmmyyyy. And pretty dang easy!

Ok - so I probably didn't need the zip list to remember the ingredients. ;) But it is pretty cool! And oh sooo smart.
